Food & Coffee

Helllllooo!

I know I haven't wrote in over a year but I've decided to start writing more frequently now!

& I've been getting realllll sick and tired of having fried, unhealthy and delivered food all the time.

What's new is that I've recently started appreciating the cafes around Singapore so I did some research and I've visited two cafes over the past 2-3 weeks! One of them is Working Title and the other is Artistry!

Working Title is located on Arab Street. The small cafe is actually the first floor of a 3 story hostel!

If you just wanna chill with a good ambience or vibe, Working Title is the right place to go! the music there is good too if you like Arctic Monkeys!!!
Although I've only been there once, the coffee that I got, which was a Cafe Latte, was super good! The cup of hot coffee was exactly what I needed that evening!

$5 worth of amazing coffee!
And also, I was lucky enough to get a little tour of the hostel and its really pretty roof! So basically, there are girl dorms, boy dorms and then the roof and lounge at the top!
There was an Xbox or Playstation!!

Super cozyyyyyy!

I didn't manage to get a photo of the open area on the roof, but thats usually where gigs or events happen! I was told that Working Title has gigs quite frequently and I can imagine how chill and amazing it would be, having a coffee and listening to live music at the same time.

I really recommend having coffee and the food there (although I haven't tried it, but it looks really good). I'll definitely try the food the next time I go there though.

Next up, we have Artistry!!! Also around the Bugis/ Kampong Glam area, Artistry is a new art gallery & cafe that serves up an array of mix desserts sourced from local indie bakers and coffee from Liberty Coffee.

I got a Flat White coffee & a Portobello Burger!!
$5 for the Flat White!

My friend and I also shared a Nutella/ Chocolate Soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, but I didn't manage to get a photo :-(
In total, the meal costed around $56, but totally worth the delicious meal and amazing coffee. The ambience of the cafe overall was great and it got me reaaallllly full!
